Regional Elections in Venezuela: Update 3
30.10.04 - Meanwhile, General Miguel Ramirez of the National Guard warned that anyone that attempts to count the votes after the polls close will be arrested. ¨We are not going to allow anyone to go against the good flow of the voting process. The CNE has said that it is forbidden to open the ballot boxes (that were not chosen to be opened) and to do so is a crime.
