Venezuela: did the Chavez regime assassinate Bustillos?

London 08.11.04 - A note from journalist Manuel Isidro Molina suggests that Colonel Silvino Bustillos may have been assassinated. Molina's source maintains that following the kidnap of Bustillos on Oct. 31, he was taken to the HQ of the Military Intelligence Division (DIM) where allegedly he was tortured and killed.
